STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Raymond Charles WILLIAMS, Appellant.
ORDER
Following a bench trial in the Circuit Court of Boone County, Raymond Charles Williams was convicted of first-degree domestic assault, first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy, first-degree kidnapping, and armed criminal action associated with the kidnapping offense. Williams appeals. He argues that the circuit court erred by admitting testimony from the adult female Victim and from her sister regarding Williams’ prior uncharged acts of abuse against the Victim. We affirm. Because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
