ORDER

Norman Pursley appeals a judgment of the Circuit Court of Benton County, which found Janet Marvin to be fully incapacitated and fully disabled, and which appointed Marvin's son, Charles Basham, to be guardian of Marvin and conservator of Marvin's estate. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided a memorandum to the parties. Rule 84.16(b).
