STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Robert Bernard CLARK, Sr., Appellant.
ORDER
Robert B. Clark, Sr. (“Clark”) appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Cole County, Missouri (“ ‘trial court”) convicting him, after a jury trial, of one count of assault in the third degree, section 565.054 as a persistent offender. On appeal, Clark asserts the trial court erred in overruling his motion to dismiss based on a violation of Clark's right to a speedy trial. We affirm the judgment of the trial court. Rule 30.25(b).
