KEVIN R. HAMILTON, Appellant, v. STATE OF MISSOURI, Respondent.
ORDER
Kevin Hamilton appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Cass County denying his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. In his sole point on appeal, he contends that he was denied effective assistance of counsel when trial counsel failed to object to the verdict director on the ground that it contained a date range that was too broad. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for the decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
