T'ODDRE D. HUDSON, Appellant, v. STATE OF MISSOURI, Respondent.
Order
Mr. T'Oddre Hudson appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, denying his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. After a thorough review of the record on appeal and the briefing and argument of counsel, we affirm the judgment. And, because there is no precedential value in a published opinion, we have instead provided the parties a memorandum of law explaining our ruling. Rule 84.16(b).
