In the Interest of: R.S.B., Appellant, v. JUVENILE OFFICER, Respondent.
ORDER
R.S.B. appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Family Court Division, finding he committed an act that, if committed by an adult, would constitute the felony of first-degree statutory rape in violation of section 566.032, RSMo. R.S.B. asserts he “was deprived of his right to the effective assistance of counsel at his adjudication hearing.” For the reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
