STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Glenn M. MCGINNIS, Appellant.
ORDER
Glenn McGinnis (McGinnis) appeals the Jackson County Circuit Court's judgment convicting him, following a jury trial, of five counts of first-degree statutory sodomy, one count of first-degree attempted statutory rape, one count of first-degree statutory rape; and two counts of second-degree statutory rape. McGinnis asserts that the trial court abused its discretion in overruling his objection to the verdict director for Count VII, the attempted statutory rape in the first-degree offense. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in accordance with Rule 30.25(b).
