STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Brandon E. NEAL, Appellant.
ORDER
Brandon E. Neal appeals from the trial court's judgment, following his guilty plea, convicting him of one count of second-degree murder in violation of section 565.021 and one count of armed criminal action in violation of section 571.015. Neal claims that the trial court abused its discretion by denying his pre-sentence motion to withdraw his guilty pleas pursuant to Rule 29.07(d) because Neal's pleas were coerced by plea counsel. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
