Tosha L. CLEVENGER (f/k/a Harrison), Respondent, v. Walter E. R. HARRISON, III, Appellant.
Order
This case involves a judgment modifying the custody of the minor child of Walter E. R. Harrison, III (Father), and Tosha Clevenger (Mother). Father appeals, following a bench trial, the circuit court's judgment denying both parents’ request for sole physical custody of Child, granting joint physical custody to the parents, and granting sole legal custody to Mother. Father raises one point of error on appeal: that the circuit court erred in giving more weight to Mother's testimony than to evidence presented by Father. Finding Father's argument without legal merit, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
