STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Ashly J. HAMPTON, Appellant.
ORDER
Ashly Hampton appeals the circuit court's judgment, entered on a jury verdict, convicting him of statutory sodomy in the first degree (Section 566.062, RSMo); enticement of a child (Section 566.151, RSMo); child molestation in the second degree (Section 566.068, RSMo); and two counts of furnishing pornography (Section 573.040, RSMo). Hampton contends the circuit court abused its discretion in overruling objections to the victim's testimony about an incident involving Hampton's girlfriend, the girlfriend's threat, and the victim's fear of the girlfriend, arguing the incident was irrelevant to Hampton's guilt of the charged offenses and only served to bolster the victim's credibility, thereby violating Hampton's due process right to a fair trial. We affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
