ORDER

Reginald Singletary (“Singletary”) appeals a judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri (“motion court”) denying, after an evidentiary hearing, his motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to Rule 29.15. Singletary raises three points on appeal. We affirm the judgment of the motion court. Rule 84.16(b).
