KANSAS CITY UNITED METHODIST RETIREMENT HOME INC., d/b/a Kingswood Health and Rehabilitation Center, Respondent, v. Caron WELLS and Walter Wells, Appellants.
ORDER
Kansas City United Methodist Retirement Home Inc., d/b/a Kingswood Health and Rehabilitation Center (“Kingswood”) filed suit against Caron Wells and her husband Walter Wells in the Circuit Court of Jackson County. Kingswood sought to recover a balance owing for nursing and rehabilitation services provided to Caron Wells in 2020. The circuit court granted summary judgment to Kingswood on its breach of contract claim, and on the Wellses’ counterclaims. The Wellses appeal. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
