ORDER

Terry and Gina Watson (the Watsons) appeal the denial of their petition for writ of mandamus asking the circuit court to order Governor Michael Parson, Director Ann Precythe of the Missouri Department of Corrections (MDOC), and Regional Medical Director Dr. Thomas Bredeman to perform non-discretionary duties and provide Terry Watson (Watson), an incarcerated veteran, with medical care by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and reasonable accommodations for his disabilities. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, the circuit court's judgment is affirmed in accordance with Rule 84.16(b).
