STATE of Missouri EX REL. Dennis R. DI RICCO, Appellant, v. MISSOURI SECRETARY OF STATE, John R. Ashcroft, and Missouri Commissioner of Securities, Douglas Jacoby, Respondents.
Order
Mr. Dennis Di Ricco appeals from the judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Cole County, Missouri, denying his request for a permanent writ of prohibition and quashing a previously granted preliminary writ. Di Ricco's petition for writ of prohibition sought to permanently restrain an administrative proceeding brought against Di Ricco by the Enforcement Section of the Missouri Securities Division of the Office of Secretary of State. After a careful review of the appellate briefs and record on appeal, we find no error and affirm the judgment in accordance with Rule 84.16(b). We have provided the parties an unpublished memorandum of law explaining our ruling.
