SPRINGFIELD GROCER COMPANY, Appellant, v. Abbey J. SMITH and Division of Employment Security, Respondents.
Order
Appellant Springfield Grocer Company (SGC) appeals from the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission that respondent Abbey Smith is not disqualified for benefits following her discharge from employment with SGC. SGC raises two points of error in this appeal: (1) that the facts found by the Commission do not support the award pursuant to § 288.210(3);1 and (2) that the Commission did not make sufficient factual findings to allow this Court to properly review the award pursuant to § 288.210(3). Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
