Patrick S. KUCERA, Appellant, v. MISSOURI SECRETARY OF STATE, Respondent.
Order
Patrick Kucera appeals from a circuit court judgment adopting, in full, findings of fact and conclusions of law entered by the Missouri Commissioner of Securities following a hearing on Kucera's alleged violation of the Missouri Securities Act. On appeal, Kucera raises a single point challenging the admission of fifteen documentary exhibits into evidence at the administrative hearing; Kucera argues that all fifteen exhibits lacked sufficient foundation for admission insofar as no witness testified as to their authenticity. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
