LaRonda PHOX, Appellant, v. H&H COLOR LAB, INC., Respondent.
Order
LaRonda Phox appeals following the denial of her small claims petition seeking statutory penalties against her former employer, H&H Color Lab, Inc. Phox raises three points on appeal. First, she alleges the associate circuit court that initially heard her case abused its discretion by accepting H&H's late-filed statement of facts. Second, she argues the circuit court that conducted a trial de novo erred by failing to admit certain exhibits, including an audio recording of a telephone conversation between Phox and an employee of the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. Third, Phox asserts both courts erred by denying the requested relief because the courts failed to follow proper procedures and excluded admissible evidence. Find no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
