STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. De'Shawn Le'Craig BARR-COTTON, Appellant.
ORDER
De'Shawn Barr-Cotton appeals his conviction for the class E felony of resisting arrest by creating a substantial risk of serious injury or death to any person, the class D felony of forgery, the class B misdemeanor of false impersonation, and the class B misdemeanor of speeding more than 26 miles per hour. In his sole point on appeal, Barr-Cotton claims the trial court clearly erred in overruling his Batson challenge to the State of Missouri's use of a peremptory strike of a venireperson. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
