James SMITH, Individually and on Behalf of All Others, Respondent, v. AMERICAN DETECTIVE SERVICES, INC., Respondent, Scottsdale Insurance Company, Appellant.
ORDER
Scottsdale Insurance Company (“Scottsdale Insurance”) appeals from the trial court's denial of its motion to intervene in the underlying case between James Smith and American Detective Services (“ADS”). On appeal, Scottsdale Insurance argues that the trial court committed various procedural errors in ruling on its motion to intervene. Scottsdale Insurance also argues that the trial court erred in denying its motion to intervene as a matter of right pursuant to Section 537.065 or, alternatively, Rule 52.12(a)(2). Finally, Scottsdale Insurance argues that the trial court abused its discretion in denying it permissive intervention pursuant to Rule 52.12(b)(2). We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).1
