IN RE: Dorothy Irvin GRAYSON, Respondent, Nancy Wingate, Respondent, v. Minnette Williams, Appellant.
ORDER
Minnette Williams appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Clinton County, Probate Division, appointing the public administrator as guardian and conservator for her great-aunt, Dorothy Irvin Grayson. In two points on appeal, she contends that the trial court's appointment of the public administrator instead of her or her mother based on good cause exceptions to the preferences for appointment of guardians and conservators set out in section 475.050, RSMo Cum. Supp. 2022, was a misapplication of the law and was against the weight of the evidence. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for the decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
