Dominique MARCHBANKS, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Dominique Marchbanks appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County denying his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. In his sole point on appeal, he contends that he was denied effective assistance of counsel when his trial counsel failed to lodge an objection directed at the assistant prosecutor assigned to the case based on him having a conflict of interest. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for the decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
