Denico CRAWLEY, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Denico Crawley appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Boone County denying his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. In his sole point on appeal, he contends that he was denied effective assistance of counsel when his trial counsel failed to request a change of venue. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for the decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
