Melvin Leroy STODDARD, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Melvin Leroy Stoddard (“Stoddard”) appeals the motion court's judgment denying his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. Stoddard raises one point on appeal, claiming the motion court clearly erred in denying his claim that trial counsel provided ineffective assistance of counsel “when trial counsel failed to obtain records showing no call was made to [Victim's mother] from the Cass County Detention Center on the night of his arrest[.]” We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
