ORDER

Robert Ritterbusch appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Nodaway County, entered after a bench trial, finding in favor of Respondents Greg McGinness, Robert McGinness, and McGinness Electric, Inc., on Ritterbusch's claim for damages and Respondents’ counterclaim for quantum meruit. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided a memorandum of law to the parties. Rule 84.16(b).
