In the ESTATE OF William Randall REED, Jr., Deceased Deborah L. Reed, Personal Representative, Appellant, v. Celia Reed, Respondent.
Order
Deborah Reed appeals, following a bench trial, the circuit court's denial of her claim for specific performance and entry of judgment in favor of respondent Celia Reed.1 Deborah raises one point on appeal: that the circuit court erred in finding that no contract existed between Deborah and Celia to have the decedent, Deborah's father (Father), buried in Cameron, Missouri, when the court had “uncontradicted evidence” of offer, acceptance, and consideration for making that contract. Finding Deborah's arguments without legal merit, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
FOOTNOTES
1. For purposes of clarity, since both Deborah and Celia's last name is “Reed,” we will refer to them by their first names. No familiarity or disrespect is intended.
