Johnnie STERLING, Appellant, v. MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, et al., Respondents.
Order
Mr. Johnnie Sterling appeals from the judgment entered by the Circuit Court of DeKalb County, Missouri, dismissing his amended civil torts and negligence complaint for lost and destroyed property against the Missouri Department of Corrections and the warden and chief custody officer of the Crossroads Correctional Center. Upon review of the brief and the record, we find no error and affirm the judgment. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose. Rule 84.16(b).
