ORDER

Christopher Drew Ray Graham (“Graham”) was convicted by the Circuit Court of Ray County, Missouri (“trial court”) following a jury trial on one count of the class E felony of domestic assault in the third degree, section 565.074. Graham was sentenced to five years in the Department of Corrections. Graham appeals.

We affirm the judgment of the trial court. Rule 30.25(b).
