STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Shane P. SMITH, Appellant.
ORDER
Following a bench trial, Shane P. Smith (“Smith”) was convicted of two counts of statutory sodomy in the first degree and one count of sexual misconduct involving a child under fifteen years old. Smith appeals, arguing that the trial court committed plain error in accepting his waiver of the right to a jury trial and in admitting an expert's testimony regarding the truthfulness of the victim's disclosures of sexual abuse. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
