Jonathan GOULD, Appellant, v. ST. LOUIS-KANSAS CITY CARPENTERS’ REGIONAL COUNCIL, et al., Respondents.
ORDER
Jonathan Gould (“Appellant”) appeals the trial court's judgment in favor of St. Louis-Kansas City Carpenters’ Regional Council, Terrence Nelson 1 , Albert Bond, Kevin Hamilton, Robert Vosburgh, Larry Schallom, and Tim Cox dismissing Appellant's first amended petition and the denial of his motion for leave to amend the petition. We find no error has occurred.
No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. We have, however, provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. The decisions of the trial court are affirmed under Rule 84.16(b).
FOOTNOTES
1. Nelson passed away during the pendency of the proceedings and is no longer a party to this case.
PER CURIAM.
