IN RE: Judge Robert M.A. Nadeau
ORDER
The Court has received Nadeau's motion to stay and for reconsideration. Following conference with the full Court, it is hereby ordered as follows:
1. The effective date of the Court's Order of Suspension is hereby stayed to and through September 15, 2017. The Board of the Overseers of the Bar will be notified of the stay.
2. The Committee on Judicial Responsibility and Disability shall file its response to the motion to reconsider on or before July 28, 2017.
3. Nadeau may file a reply on or before August 11, 2017.
4. No further hearing will be held unless later ordered by the Court.
