SUPREME COURT OF LOUISIANA
No. 2026-CD-00682
CATHERINE STANLEY, ET AL.
VS.
EXXON MOBIL CORPORATION, ET AL.
On Supervisory Writ to the 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge
PER CURIAM
Writ application not considered. Petitioner has not demonstrated that she sought review in the court of appeal before filing in this Court nor shown the “extraordinary circumstances” that would justify bypassing that level of review. See La.S.Ct.R. I, § 3(D). Accordingly, it is further ordered that all concurrently filed motions are denied as moot.
