On Writ of Certiorari to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit,
PER CURIAM *
Writ granted. The court of appeal opinion is vacated, and the case is remanded to the court of appeal to permit the parties to plead the unconstitutionality of Louisiana Revised Statute 33:2828D (repealed eff. 8/1/24) and notify the attorney general. The court of appeal is to consider the merits of that challenge and, depending on its ruling thereon, any assignments of error previously pretermitted by that court.
