CHRISTOPHER PIAZZA v. BRET JOHNSTON, C.T. TRAINA INC., ET AL.
I dissent and would grant the writ in part finding that there are sufficient questions of fact to make summary judgment in favor of either party inappropriate at this time. Therefore, I would reverse the January 13, 2026 judgment of the district court. In all other respects, I would deny the writ.
GUIDRY, J., would grant in part and assigns reasons.
