STATE of Louisiana v. James H. DUDLEY
The ruling of the trial court, finding the social media post inadmissible, is reversed for the reasons set forth by Judge Wilson E. Fields in his dissent. See State v. Dudley, 25-1303, p. 1 (La. App. 1 Cir. 3/11/26), 2026 WL 821644 at *1 (unpub.). We remand this matter for further proceedings.
PER CURIAM
Guidry, J., recused.
