Writ granted. The August 14, 2025 ruling of the district court denying applicant's Motion to Return Seized Property is reversed. The matter is returned to the district court for further proceedings. The district court is ordered to hold a contradictory hearing pursuant to La. R.S. 15:41(C) in order to determine the merit, if any, of applicant's motion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
