Supreme Court of Louisiana June 21, 2023
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (“ODC”) seeks review of a ruling of the disciplinary board dismissing the formal charges against respondents, Troy J. Charpentier and Bradley C. Myers. Having reviewed the record and the briefs of the parties, we find the disciplinary board reached the correct result in this matter.
Accordingly, it is the judgment of this court that the ruling of the disciplinary board is affirmed.1
FOOTNOTES
1. In light of our decision, we deny the ODC's motion to dismiss as moot.
