PER CURIAM
Writ granted; stay denied. For the reasons assigned by Judge Dysart in his dissent in State v. King, --- So. 3d ----, 2026 WL 1862083, p. 1, 2026-0157 (La. App. 4 Cir. 6/29/26) (Dysart, J., dissenting), we grant the state's writ application and reverse the trial court's ruling granting defendant's motion to suppress. We hereby deny the defendant's motion to suppress, and the matter is remanded for further proceedings.
REVERSED AND REMANDED
Griffin, J., dissents and would deny the writ. Guidry, J., dissents and assigns reasons.
