Writ granted. The East Carroll Parish School Board's motion for summary judgment was not timely served in accordance with La.Code Civ.P. art. 966. The rulings of the lower courts granting summary judgment on behalf of the East Carroll Parish School Board are reversed, and the matter is remanded to the trial court.
