STATE of Louisiana v. Terry M. JACKSON
Writ application granted. See per curiam.
Writ granted. We reverse the court of appeal's ruling in State v. Jackson, 2022-0161 (La. App. 4 Cir. 3/31/22) (unpub'd). We reinstate the district court's February 2, 2022 ruling, which denied post-conviction relief. See State v. Reddick, 2021-01893 (La. 10/21/22), 351 So.3d 273.
Genovese, J., dissents and would deny. Griffin, J., dissents and would deny.
