STATE of Louisiana v. Stanley WALDRON
Writ application granted. See per curiam.
Writ granted. We reverse the court of appeal's ruling in State v. Waldron, 2021-0512 (La. App. 4 Cir. 1/24/22), 334 So.3d 844. We reinstate the district court's June 15, 2021 ruling, which denied post-conviction relief. See State v. Reddick, 2021-01893 (La. 10/21/22), 351 So.3d 273.
I respectfully dissent in part for the reasons assigned in State v. Reddick, 21-1893 (La. 10/21/22), 351 So.3d 273 (Genovese, J., concurring in part, dissenting in part, and assigning reasons.).
I respectfully dissent and would affirm the ruling of the court of appeal. See State v. Reddick, 21-1893 (La. 10/21/22), 351 So.3d 273 (Griffin, J., dissenting).
