IN RE: APPEAL OF THE DECISION OF THE DISCIPLINARY BOARD NO. 22-PDB-069
This matter raises serious questions. The affiants in the affidavit prepared by Respondent are his parents. They purport to be “very familiar” with the decedent whose real estate was coveted. Furthermore, none of the requirements of Code of Civil Procedure article 2821 relative to the decedent's marriage and heirs are addressed. This matter bears further attention.
Hughes, J., would grant the appeal.
