Writ application denied.
I concur in the writ denial. The actions taken pursuant to the controlling documents before January 1, 2020 were valid. However, the contract between the parties has been converted to one of “unspecified duration” which maybe reasonably terminated by either party pursuant to Civil Code article 2024.
