ORDER
Considering the Application for Rehearing filed by respondent, and the response thereto filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel,
IT IS ORDERED that the application for rehearing be and hereby is denied.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that considering the report of the Multidisciplinary Comprehensive Assessment conducted by MCAP of Chicago on June 20-21, 2022, respondent, Claude P. Devall, Jr., Louisiana Bar Roll number 29148, be and he hereby is transferred to disability inactive status. Respondent may seek reinstatement to active status upon a showing that he has complied in all respects with the treatment recommendations set forth in the MCAP of Chicago report.
Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 26(E), this order shall be effective immediately. Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 16(D), all filings in this matter shall remain confidential.
