STATE of Louisiana IN the INTEREST OF S.A.
Writ application granted. See per curiam.
The State conceded in the court below that there is no lawful basis for continuing the juvenile's detention because a continued custody hearing was not held within 24 hours, as required by Children's Code articles 737(A)(4) and 739. In light of the State's concession, we grant the juvenile's application and order that she be immediately released from secure detention at the Juvenile Justice Intervention Center.
