We grant the petitioner's application for the sole purpose of transferring it to Orleans Parish Criminal District Court to consider it as a motion to correct illegal sentence and address whether the more lenient multiple felony offender sentencing provisions apply pursuant to R.S. 15:308 and State ex rel. Esteen v. State, 16-0949 (La. 1/30/18), 239 So.3d 233.
