ORDER
Considering the Joint Motion for Clarification,
IT IS ORDERED that the motion for clarification is granted. This court's order of February 17, 2022 shall be amended to provide that Justice of the Peace David D. Womack, District D, Jackson Parish, State of Louisiana, is disqualified from exercising judicial functions, without salary, during the pendency of further proceedings in this matter, pursuant to La. Const. art. V, § 25(C) and Supreme Court Rule XXIII, § 27.
This order shall be retroactive to February 17, 2022.
