Joint petition for conditional admission denied. See per curiam.
It is ordered that the joint petition for conditional admission be and hereby is denied. After the conclusion of the pending criminal matters, the Committee on Bar Admissions may, if appropriate, recommend to the court that petitioner be admitted on a conditional basis pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XVII, § 5(M), or petitioner may file a Petition for Admission to the Bar with the court pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XVII, § 9(B). In either case, the party or parties shall include a brief setting forth the facts and disposition of the criminal matters and attach any relevant documents and judgments.
Hughes, J., would accept joint petition for conditional admission. Crichton, J., would accept joint petition for conditional admission. Griffin, J., would accept joint petition for conditional admission.
