Granted in part. The case is remanded to the trial court, which is directed to conduct an in camera inspection of the claims file to determine if the requested documents are relevant and discoverable. See La. Code Civ. P. art. 1424; Ursin v. American Alternative Ins. Corp., 2010-0300 (La. 4/16/10), 32 So. 3d 807; Stelly v. Mouret, 609 So.2d 827 (La.1992). In all other respects, the writ is denied.
