STATE of Louisiana v. Ivan MONCEAUX
Writ application transferred to the Court of Appeal. See per curiam.
The application is transferred to the Third Circuit Court of Appeal with instructions to the court of appeal to act on applicant's application for supervisory writ as the applicant shows by Inmate's Request for Legal/Indigent Mail receipt that the application was submitted. The court of appeal is ordered to provide this Court with a copy of its judgment. A copy of the application is attached.
