Writ granted in part. If it has not done so already, the district court is ordered to rule on applicant's motions for production of documents and to supply him with copies of any requested court documents to which he is entitled of right or the requested cost estimate. State ex re. Simmons v. State, 93-0275 (La 12/16/94), 647 So.2d 1094; see also R.S. 44:1, et seq. In all other respects, the application is denied.
